We like to think of it as another opportunity to "switch" it up, increase hydration and make it interesting with some tasty anti-inflammatory ingredients, here's a version you may find handy over the hot summer months. Switch it in for an alcohol free option, switch it in instead of soft drinks - Switch it up!
Ingredients:
1 litre of filtered water
1/2 litre of sparkling mineral water
1/2 litre or coconut water
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar (with mother)
1/3 cup raw honey
2 1/2 tbs. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 pinch cardamon powder
1 lime cut in wedges
Method:
Just mix all the ingredients together in a jug with as much ice as you fancy, and serve with some lime wedges.
