Weight Concerns
Rather than worrying about all of those messages constantly bombarding us in the media about what to eat and how much, cookie-cutter, mass produced dietary advice that does nothing but sell
magazines. Engage Tracy to help you to discover eating habits that simplify all of this and embrace a pattern of eating diversely, with confidence and enjoyment. Learn how to make everyday eating
choices healthier and easier, following the seasons, and understanding how what we eat makes us feel. Diets don't work, Tracy can help you reconnect with your natural hunger and fullness cues,
work with you in the context of any pre-existing health issues, with a non-diet approach to enable you to nurture yourself and maintain a healthy weight for you, and to support your health based
on your life stage. Tracy will work within the boundaries of each individual's unique relationship with food, eating and their body, being mindful and exploring their journey to that point.
Nutrition in Ageing
Our body composition changes as we age, and so do our nutritional requirements. The great news is that we are now living longer lives, and good nutritional habits can help make sure that
this longer life is as healthy as possible. Tracy can help you understand the metabolic and physical changes that occur as we age and help you to establish and maintain nutritional and
lifestyle habits to support ongoing good health. Good health in ageing can be supported by preventing the onset of diet related chronic health issues, the old saying that prevention is better
than cure has never been more accurate as we discover more and more about the relationship between nutrition and health outcomes, and it's never too late to improve your nutritional practices.

Allergies & Intolerances
There is a lot of confusion about what to eat when you have an allergy or intolerance, and indeed what the difference is
between the two. As an APD Tracy is able to help you best maintain nutritional status when affected by either.
Tracy keeps up to date with extra training in IBS, is a Monash FODMAP Accredited Dietitian to assist those with intolerance's and malabsorption issues. Tracy has spent time at the RPAH allergy unit in Sydney and updates regularly in order to fully understand how best to use the elimination diet protocol.
Consultations can educate about which foods or lifestyle factors may be problematic, and how best to ensure you maintain health with minimal restrictions, and also how to alter what you like to eat to fit in with what you tolerate.
She also knows first hand through her own and her child's IBS issues that intolerance's are highly individual and can be challenging to manage. Tracy is skilled in developing recipes and food ideas to make individualised dietary management easier, and helps patients cope through the hard slog of the elimination diet and food challenges by providing email support if needed during these times.
