Rather than worrying about all of those messages constantly bombarding us in the media about what to eat and how much, cookie-cutter, mass produced dietary advice that does nothing but sell magazines. Engage Tracy to help you to discover eating habits that simplify all of this and embrace a pattern of eating diversely, with confidence and enjoyment. Learn how to make everyday eating choices healthier and easier, following the seasons, and understanding how what we eat makes us feel. Tracy can help you reconnect with your natural hunger and fullness cues, work with you in the context of any pre-existing health issues, with a non-diet approach to enable you to nurture yourself and maintain a healthy weight for you, and to support your health based on your life stage. She will keep in contact too, to ensure things are working for you, even between consultations, we know it's that extra bit of support that can make all the difference. Tracy will work within the boundaries of each individual's unique relationship with food, eating and their body, being mindful and exploring their journey to that point.

Allergies & Intolerances
There is a lot of confusion about what to eat when you have an allergy or intolerance, and indeed what the difference is between the two. As an APD Tracy is able to help you best maintain nutritional status when affected by either. Consultations can educate about which foods or lifestyle factors may be problematic, and how best to ensure you maintain health with minimal restrictions, and also how to alter what you like to eat to fit in with what you tolerate.
Tracy keeps up to date with extra training in IBS including FODMAPs to help those with intolerance's and malabsorption issues, and uses the RPAH (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital) food chemical elimination diet and challenge protocol when needed to work with patients to identify and understand individual tolerance levels for foods. Tracy has spent time at the RPAH allergy unit in Sydney and updates regularly in order to fully understand how best to use the elimination diet protocol. She also knows first hand through her own and her child's IBS issues that intolerance's are highly individual and can be challenging to manage. Tracy is skilled in developing recipes and food ideas to make individualised dietary management easier, and helps patients cope through the hard slog of the elimination diet and food challenges by providing email support during these times.
When it comes to gut health and tolerance of foods, diversity and solid foundational nutritional health is key to improving tolerance, Tracy won't just send you off with a list of banned foods, but will help you manage your nutritional health long-term, by understanding all your drivers of intolerance.
