Ingredients:
4 Green mangoes
2 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs dried shrimp - ground finely.
2 tbs roasted peanuts - ground finely
4 tbs fish sauce
1 tbsp shaved palm sugar
2 tbs chili paste
1/4 cup mint leaves - loosely chopped.
2 spring onions - chopped.
4 shallots - finely sliced.
1/4 cup coriander leaves - chopped.
Green salad leaves to serve.
