Arrowroot Biscuits

Ingredients:
 
1 ½ cups almond meal
¾ cup arrowroot flour
6 tablespoons of coconut oil



¼ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Place ingredients into a food processor and process with a blade attachment until a smooth mixture is formed.
  2. Tear off bits of the dough, form balls and flatten into biscuits and place on a baking tray on baking paper.
  3. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until golden.

or phone the DHS information hotline: 1800 675 398 for advice.

 

Our Dietitians are happy to offer Telehealth (Skype, Zoom, face time. or phone) appointments in an effort to reduce infection risk, given personal distance of 1.5 meters. 

 

Medicare rebates are now possible for some patients for telehealth services, contact Reception for eligibility information.
