Bliss balls are so easy to make. There’s no cooking, no fussing and no lengthy preparation time. Great for children to make, they are literally a no brainer.
Simply throw your ingredients into the blender, wiz away and then roll into balls.
Ingredients:
½ cup softened/melted coconut oil
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 cup dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ cups seeds (e.g. sunflower, pepitas)
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup shredded coconut (to roll)
Method:
(makes 20-24 balls)

2 tbsp of raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 dates (pitted and soaked for 4 hours+)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 cup of desiccated coconut for coating
