Every time you eat.....

Think fresh, think local, and think of any way you can maximise the nutrient content of anything that you decide to eat.

 

Have fun with mixing your own healthy cereals rather than buying sugar and fat laden products, or Wizz up a fresh fruit smoothie and add some nut meal and good quality yoghurt to beat the heat rather than a bowl of mass produced "ice-cream" - you deserve it!
